Dr. Gailmard has been active in optometric education throughout his career. He served as a clinical professor at Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago for 20 years and still presents occasional lectures there. Neil has also lectured at optometry schools at Indiana University, University of Houston, Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, University of Missouri at St. Louis, Ferris State University, and Southern California College of Optometry. His topics of interest include practice management, contact lens fitting, diagnostic instrumentation, computer technology in eye care and optical dispensing.
